the evolution of lookout towers.
In 2015, we observed a growing trend of individuals seeking to downsize and embrace a simpler lifestyle through tiny homes.
In response to this need, we began prototyping and building tiny home floor plans. Our extensive research into building codes, durability and sustainability led us to develop a luxurious line of small timber-frame homes, known as the Designer Towers.
With a focus on crafting safe, enduring, and captivating Lookout towers, we specialize in designing structures that maximize every inch of space. Our designs incorporate stylish storage solutions, classic aesthetics, and cutting-edge technology making our towers the ideal choice for vacation rentals, primary residences, or cozy getaways.

Our vision is to create a global network of 200 luxury fire lookout towers, each offering a unique and unforgettable experience. Our properties, located in some of the world’s most sought after destinations, will reflect the beauty and character of their surroundings.
